CEO/Director

Responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with organizations, donors, and stakeholders to advance institutional goals. They identify collaboration opportunities, negotiate agreements, and oversee partnership implementation. The role involves coordinating joint projects, ensuring compliance with partner expectations, monitoring outcomes, and preparing impact reports. They also provide strategic input, support fundraising initiatives, and represent the organization in high-level engagements.

Evelyn Basi

Strategist

Responsible for leading the organization’s strategic planning process by setting priorities, defining goals, and aligning resources to achieve long-term impact. This role involves analyzing trends, evaluating risks, and identifying growth opportunities. Ensures strategies are data-driven, measurable, and adaptable to changing needs. Facilitates collaboration across teams, monitors progress toward objectives, and provides regular updates to leadership to guide decision-making and strengthen organizational sustainability.

Patrick Godson

Program coordinator

Responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that align with organizational goals. They coordinate activities, manage resources, and support stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of initiatives. Responsibilities include developing work plans, tracking progress, and preparing reports on outcomes. The role also involves conducting research, providing technical support, and fostering partnerships with communities, donors, and partners. Program Officers ensure projects are impactful, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of beneficiaries.
